Huge fan of vocal-synth, language, and technology. You can find my art, voicebanks, and other UTAU files here. I don't shut up about Linux either.
I do not have a consistent prescence online. My website will stay up though, even if I purge my other accounts.
You can reach me on Discord @supercoolnothing & on my YouTube.
About Me
This is my first real website I've put effort into building. I've experimented with building websites since I was probably 10 or so on free webhosting services like Wix & Neocities. I would try for an afternoon to make one, and then give up. The only thing that has made me commit to this website is getting a
Some of my major interests are as follows:
-
Linux - I've been running Linux off-and-on since 2021. I'm currently running EndeavourOS. What's working for me right now, for all my multi-media needs, is Krita for artwork, OpenUTAU for vocal-synth, REAPER for audio mixing, and AviUtl for video editing.
Prior to OpenUTAU, I used to sink HOURS into tinkering with my UTAU setup in wine. I tried everything from PlayOnLinux to Lutris to Bottles, but was never able to iron out all of the kinks. OpenUTAU's Linux port almost never gives me any issues. The only thing I find annoying is the fact I can't use moresampler!
I can't emulate my old art program, Clip Studio Paint, on Linux either. Unless I'm mistaken or not trying hard enough, I just can't get that shit to run. I ended up giving my license to my little sister and she seems to enjoy it. Oh well!
I used to also be super into MikuMikuDance (MMD) modeling for the longest time. My switch to Linux probably killed my interest in it; however, there seems to be some kind of development in MMD & PMXeditor emulation on Linux. At some point I'll try it.

Music - I listen to a pretty narrow range of rock, metal, and electronic artists. My Last.FM is just 90s industrial/grunge/trance theater. My favorite artists are OSI (Wind Won't Howl), Clockhamer (Destination), and Meat Beat Manifesto (Placebo).
I used to be a lot more into Vocaloid music, but I kinda grew out of the genre as a whole. Vocal-synth, for whatever reason, stayed as a major interest of mine. So if I'm not covering Vocaloid songs, I'm covering my weird prog/techno shit. Hell yeha!.
